Please also consider the possibility of a large-capacity taxi. A signature at the end of the taxi journey is also sufficient on the last day.

As we have planned theoretical and practical parts, I ask participants to attend in appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment (shoes, safety glasses and possibly own adapted hearing protection). As we currently do not have sufficient capacity for changing clothes, I would ask you to come dressed appropriately for the start of the training.

Besucherregeln - Visitor Directives

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

welcome to Ball Beverage Packaging Gelsenkirchen.

To guarantee your healthiness during your visit you have to comply with some basic directives:

 -       Without companionship of a Ball employee it is forbidden to enter the production area, workshops and warehouses.

 -       In emergency cases (accident, fire, etc.) please call immediately the external number 112. All relevant information (what happened, when, who, where & how much) shall be reported to the gate keeper, where required please ask a Ball employee for assistance.

 -       In case of an alarm -there are acoustical and optical alerting installed- please follow the Ball employee to the meeting point.

 -       Please take notice of the evacuation plan.

 -       On the complete area of Ball Gelsenkirchen we have forklift and car traffic. The German road traffic regulations are valid, forklifts have priority every time.

 -       During a plant tour please observe the HACCP-rules strictly.

 -       In the production area every visitor has to use only the marked ways, otherwise you have to wear safety shoes.

 -         In the complete production area you have to wear ear protection and safety glasses.       

 -       On the complete area of Ball Gelsenkirchen we have a strict alcohol forbiddance.

 -       It is not allowed to take pictures without permission.

It is not allowed to eat, drink and smoke in the production area, workshops and warehouses, except in special marked areas. 

Any infringement absolves Ball Beverage Packaging Gelsenkirchen of all liability and entails a prohibition of access.
